1) All products sold are brand new and brilliant condition.
2) Strictly no refund or exchanges, cancellation of order/change order after transaction is made and confirmed.
3) Transaction is base on a first come first serve basis and would be confirmed upon payment completed.
4) Goods in stock will be mailed on the next working day after payment is settled.(except Saturday, Sunday and public holiday)
5) Item(s) sold is (are) strictly non-refundable. However we offer an exchange alternative within 3 days after receiving items which is only valid with the following:
a) Items that received are different from what you have ordered. For instances: size, color, product code.
b) Items that received have noticeable material defect.
c) Some any reasonable condition based on our judgements.
6) Item(s) to be returned for exchange MUST be in original, unused/unwashed condition.
7) Item(s) damaged/lost during returning delivery process is (are) NOT valid for exchange.
8) Item(s) whose color vary from picture or material is too transparent according to customer discretion is NOT valid for exchange.
9) Buyer will bear any delivery cost incurred for both the returned and exchanged items.
10) We shall not be held responsible over any lost or damage during delivery, but we will help customer follow up with delivery company.
11) Price is fixed since already cheap and there are no negotiations.
12) We acknowledge shoppers privacy therefore all customer information will be strictly kept confidential.
13) Product picture - All the product picture found on our website is provide by vendor and only for members reference and should not use as a standard to justify the real item that shipped to customer.
14) We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & condition at any point of time

9) 退货与换货运费将由客户自己提付。
